Kisah Benar Hilangnya Penyakit Diabetis

Penyakit diabetis adalah salah satu penyakit yang mengancam nyawa seluruh rakyat Malaysia. Corak pemakanan yang sedap dan citarasa makanan yang pelbagai, telah menyebabkan pengambilan pemakanan kita tidak terkawal.

Tanpa senaman dan aktiviti luaran yang banyak selepas pemakanan, boleh menyebabkan kita akan mengidap diabetis. Gula yang terkandung di makanan ruji kita iaitu nasi, telah menyebabkan kita mudah dijangkiti penyakit diabetis. Dengan mengawal pemakanan yang mengandungi gula ini, kita dapat mengurangkan potensi jangkitan diabetis.

Terdapat beberapa kaedah yang boleh diperoleh dan dipelajari dengan mudah untuk mengelakkan jangkitan diabetis ini, antaranya adalah dengan mendisiplinkan diri kita melalui pengawalan pemakanan kita. Tetapi bagaimana caranya?

Bagi saya, saya tidak mengidap diabetis, tetapi ayah saya adalah pengidap diabetis yang menggunakan insulin. Apa yang saya dapat lihat setiap hari adalah, penggunakan insulin ini mesti disuntik setiap hari dan bayangkan berapa banyak lubang yang menembusi kulit kita setiap hari melalui suntikan insulin.

Selain dari itu, ubat yang diberikan oleh hospital juga terpaksa dimakan, dan setiap 3 bulan adalah pemeriksaan berjadual yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak hospital untuk memastikan ubat dan insulin digunakan mengikut jadual dan berkesan ke atas badan untuk menerima ubat dan insulin. Apa yang pasti adalah, suatu hari nanti, kegagalan buah pinggang akan berlaku sekiranya pengawalan pemakanan masih tidak dikawal walaupun dengan pengambilan insulin dan ubat setiap hari.

Kesan dari diabetis ini juga telah menyebabkan antibodi penyembuhan untuk badan kita menjadi lemah, dan ini berlaku apabila ada luka atau lebab di badan seseorang pesakit diabetis. Ini juga berlaku kepada ayah saya, luka terpaksa dibersihkan setiap hari di hospital dan jika sudah mahir, keluarga sendiri juga boleh membersihkannya sendiri di rumah. Pemerhatian setiap 2 hari ke hospital juga adalah perlu untuk mengikut perkembangan luka yang dirawat sendiri.

Setelah  setahun dua melihat ayah saya yang terpaksa menanggung sakit diabetis yang banyak pantang larangnya, saya telah mengambil keputusan untuk mencari formula yang boleh menghilangkan diabetis dengan cara semula jadi iaitu tidak menggunakan ubat dan insulin sebagai rawatan.

Secara perlahan-lahan kandungan gula dalam darah ayah saya semakin berkurangan menjadi normal dalam masa setahun, Dalam proses pemulihan itu, ubat semakin lama telah dikurangkan oleh pihak hospital dan insulin sudah tidak digunakan lagi untuk rawatan dan cuma ubat-ubatan sahaja, itu pun dengan dos yang kecil.

Ternyata berkesan dan ternyata mujarab. Pulihkan diabetis secara semulajadi.

Hari ini adalah hari yang baik bagi saya kerana pada hari ini saya telah menguruskan persekolahan anak saya ke darjah satu untuk seisi 2016/2017 nanti. Selepas itiu, saya telah membuat perjumpaan dengan seorang yang menguruskan projek perumahan PRIMA.

PRIMA adalah salah satu projek perumahan 1 Malaysia, di mana, projek perumahan ini adalah perumahan mampu milik yang mementingkan rakyat dapat memiliki rumah dengan harga yang murah dan mudah. Pelbagai pemaju perumahan telah saya ajukan mengenai projek perumahan PRIMA ini, dan salah satu yang menarik minat saya adalah pemaju perumahan yang dimiliki oleh pemilik tempatan iaitu rakyat Sabah itu sendiri yang akan membuat projek perumahan kos rendah ini. Namanya tidak perlulah saya sebut disini nanti dicari pula pemaju ni oleh pemaju-pemaju besar.

Segala pelan dan perancangan yang telah diatur melalui profail pelan pembangunan ini telah membawa hasil untuk pembangunan perumahan yang akan dibangunkan di tanah milik keluarga sebanyak 60 ekar dan terletak sangat dekat dengan jalan utama Sandakan-Beluran.

Walaubagaimana pun salah satu syarikat perumahan yang besar telah menghubungi saya, selepas mengajukan proposal saya ini untuk menyediakan tapak untuk projek perumahan adalah BINAPURI HOLDINGS SDN BHD. Mereka sangat berminat, tetapi setakat ini masih belum mendapat khabar dan masih menunggu panggilan untuk melihat tanah yang telah dipropos.

Apa yang sangat penting bagi saya adalah, kebanyakan pemaju perumahan tidak nampak potensi sebenar sesuatu kawasan itu, sehinggalah sesuatu kawasan itu nampak pembangunannya. Tetapi siapa yang  akan membangunkan sesuatu kawasan itu kalau bukan dimulakan dengan meramaikan penduduk atau komuniti melalui pembinaan tapak perumahan  untuk memeriahkan kawasan yang kurang kediaman yang serba lengkap.

Apabila sesuatu kawasan itu, telah dibangunkan oleh pelabur luar atau pemaju perumahan yang bukan asalnya dari kawasan itu, para pemaju yang sebelum itu ditawarkan untuk membangunkan projek perumahan kos rendah itu akan berkata bahawa kenapa tidak memilih mereka sebagai syarikat tempatan untuk membangunkan projek tersebut? Jadi inilah yang akan berlaku nanti.

Kepada para pemaju perumahan yang berada diluar sana terutamanya di Malaysia ini, jangan lepaskan peluang sekiranya terdapat tanah untuk dibangunkan dan permintaan ke atas rumah sudah mencukupi seperti yang berlaku di kawasan kami.

Makluman kepada pemaju perumahan yang menolak untuk membangunkan projek perumahan kos rendah:

• Permintaan ke atas rumah kos rendah di kawasan ini adalah lebih tinggi dari penawaran rumah.
• Kedudukan tanah yang terletak 5km dari pekan Beluran.
• Kedudukan tanah yang terletak di tepi jalan utama.
• Adalah jalan utama pensinggahan untuk pembelian bahan mentah makanan laut.

Experience-flight MH2046 Sandakan Kota Kinabalu.

My flight was initially decorated with beautiful views of Mount Kinabalu, which was clearly due to heavy rains in Sabah at that time, Beautification again illustrated our views through our flight MH2047 with Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

My flight from Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan on Nov 1, 2015, is a long journey, where the flight that lasted 30 minutes, we arrive to the destination of Sandakan after 2 hours because the weather was not very good.

The pilot tried to land but stellar winds and heavy rains caused the pilot of an airplane engine strengthen 737-800 for more re-hover and hover in the area designated by the Sandakan airport control tower.

At that point, the pilot announced the landing can not be attributed to unfavorable weather and the track is limited and a higher risk of crash. At that time, at 6.10 minutes in the afternoon, where we were hovering menacingly in the north of Sandakan airport runway, the pilot made an announcement to make landfall again in 20 minutes to 40 minutes later depending on the weather, if the landing is not possible , our flight MH2046 will return to Kota Kinabalu due to lack of fuel, to continue the flight.

There are 2 airlines together we milled in the same region looks at the window seat us,there are Airsia flights A320 from Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan and the ATR-720 from Tawau - Sandakan-Kota Kinabalu. Flights from Tawau had to go back to because of the lack of fuel.

According to our pilots who make the final announcement at 7.00pm, where we will make landfall shortly and weather conditions at the track improved on Sandakan airport and allowed to land by the airport control tower Sandakan.

With a relatively hard landing, we had already landed safely at 7.20 minutes a night.
